Fourth: Marketzi platform rights: 1- The Marketzy platform has the full right to modify or terminate any of its services without informing the merchants of that. 2- The Marketzy platform has the full right to refuse to modify any service without giving any reasons. 3- The Marketzy platform has the full right to delete any content that violates the rights of the site or violates the rights of third parties, or that this content contains sexual images, sexual purposes, or any damage that causes any harm to any person. 4- The Marketzy platform will not display the content that was previously stored by us. 5- In the event of a dispute over the ownership of an account for a merchant, the Marketzi platform will ask the affected person to prove his ownership of this account by submitting all the documents required by the platform to prove his ownership of the account. 6- In the event that the Marketzi platform is certain of the legitimate account holder after submitting all the documents proving his right, then the platform will hand over the account to its legitimate owner, and in the event that the platform is unable to identify the legitimate account holder, then the platform will disable the account until the judgment is made and the problem is resolved . Fifth: Disclaimer: 1- The Marketzi platform disclaims its responsibility in the event of any damage to any user on the platform, for example, damage to the user as a result of a breakdown of the platform during the process of purchasing services or subscribing to packages available on the platform. 2- The merchant is fully responsible for the safety of his account on our platform, and we also advised the merchant not to disclose his password to anyone so as not to cause any harm to his account on the platform. 3- The Marketzi platform is not responsible for the quality of services provided by the merchant to their customers. 4- The Marketzi platform is not responsible for the loss of profits or the occurrence of any damage in any way, whether directly or indirectly, to any of the parties on the platform. Sixth: Payment and Subscriptions: 1- The merchant pays the full fees required of him for subscribing to the packages available on the Marketzi platform. 2- The merchant must provide the Marketzi platform with the payment method data through which he wants to pay, and that this data is 100% correct, and that the payment method is activated. 3- The fees for the packages are paid in advance, and you can view the available packages on the Packages page to choose the appropriate package for you. 4- The merchant must use a usable payment method in order to be able to subscribe to the packages offered by the Marketzy platform, and pay all fees required by the platform. 5- The amounts paid to purchase the packages on the Marketzy platform cannot be refunded. Seventh: Some important conditions for the Marketzi platform: 1- The merchant has the right to cancel his account on the Marketzi platform, and he can do so by communicating with technical support. 2- Please note that the prices shown on the platform are not fixed and subject to change, and we will try to send notifications to site users to inform them of any change in prices. 3- The Marketzy platform has the right to stop one of its services that it provides to users without informing them of that. 4- The Marketzy platform has the right to provide some third parties with some personal data of site users in return for these parties providing some important advertisements and services to users. 5- The Marketzy platform does not bear any responsibility as a result of any damage to the users of the platform due to dealing with third parties cooperating with us. Eighth: The copyright and intellectual rights of the Marketzi platform and the users of the platform: 1- The Marketzy platform is committed to preserving the copyright and intellectual rights of all users of the platform and third parties. 2- All copyrights and intellectual rights are reserved for the Marketzy platform, and it is strictly forbidden to violate the rights of the Marketzy platform, because whoever dares to violate the rights of the platform or cause any harm to it or to one of the users of the platform will expose himself to prosecution and legal accountability by the Marketzy platform. 3- Copying, pasting, using or reusing any content of the Marketzy platform or its services that it provides or anything owned by the Marketzy platform is strictly prohibited. Ninth: Terms and conditions for shipping policies that are purchased from within the platform: 1- The policies that are purchased within the platform for shipping companies cannot be retrieved from the platform and are only for use for shipping. 2- The merchant is not entitled to resell the shipping policies to another party in any way, and if this is shown, he bears all legal responsibility, and the Marketzy platform has the right to take the necessary action. 3- Policies that the merchant purchases from the platform for shipping companies, he has the right to use them throughout the validity period of the subscription to the packages, and in the event that the subscription ends, he is not entitled to use them except by submitting a request through contacting customer service, and the subscription is opened for him for a period of 7 days only to use it. 4- The policies that the merchant buys from the platform for shipping companies are valid for use within the borders of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only and are not usable from another country, whether as a sender or receiver for the shipment. 5- Policies purchased by the merchant from the platform for shipping companies are subject to the terms, conditions and policies of the aforementioned shipping companies.
